Panch Phoron (also called panch phoran or paanch phoron). Translated this means “five spices.” It is a spice blend commonly used in Bangladesh and Eastern India and comprises of the following seeds: Brown Mustard,cumin, Fenugreek,kalonji seeds(Nigella Seeds) and Fennel.
Ingredients: Fenugreek, Fennel, Cumin, Mustard, Nigella Seeds.
