Papa’s Spice Café uses The Courier Guy as our preferred courier partner for delivering orders safely and efficiently across South Africa.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey. The Courier Guy provides real-time tracking and delivery updates via WhatsApp, email or their tracking system.

Delivery Information

Orders are carefully packed and prepared before dispatch.
Once your order has been handed to The Courier Guy, delivery is managed by the courier according to the service selected.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, service selected and courier conditions.
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and recipient details are correct when placing your order.
Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
You can use your waybill number to track your order throughout the delivery process.

Estimated Delivery Times

Economy deliveries are generally quoted at 2–4 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to destination, public holidays, weather, unforeseen circumstances or other courier-related delays.

Receiving Your Order

When your parcel arrives, please check the packaging before accepting it. If the parcel appears to be damaged, opened or tampered with, please notify the courier immediately and contact Papa’s Spice Café as soon as possible.

For any delivery enquiry, please have your waybill/tracking number available so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
