🌞 Quick & Easy Overnight Oats

Mornings can be hectic — school runs, work prep, and everything in between. That’s why we love this quick, no-fuss overnight oats recipe. It’s nourishing, delicious, and requires just a few minutes of prep the night before.
Start your day right with a wholesome breakfast that fuels your body and mind — even on the busiest of mornings.
📝 Ingredients:

100g @woolworths_sa Coconut Yoghurt (or plain yoghurt substitute)

40g @junglesouthafrica Jungle Oats

1 tsp @papasspicecafe Chia Seeds (rich in fibre & omega-3s)

1 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter

1 tbsp @papasspicecafe Honey (natural sweetness with benefits)

½ cup @woolworths_sa Full Cream Milk
👩🍳 Method:

In a jar or bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.

Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
