Mornings can be hectic — school runs, work prep, and everything in between. That’s why we love this quick, no-fuss overnight oats recipe. It’s nourishing, delicious, and requires just a few minutes of prep the night before.

Start your day right with a wholesome breakfast that fuels your body and mind — even on the busiest of mornings.


📝 Ingredients:

  • 100g @woolworths_sa Coconut Yoghurt (or plain yoghurt substitute)

  • 40g @junglesouthafrica Jungle Oats

  • 1 tsp @papasspicecafe Chia Seeds (rich in fibre & omega-3s)

  • 1 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbsp @papasspicecafe Honey (natural sweetness with benefits)

  • ½ cup @woolworths_sa Full Cream Milk


👩‍🍳 Method:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.

  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  4. In the morning, give it a stir, top with fresh fruit, nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon — and enjoy!


Meal Prep Tip:

Prep a few jars on Sunday night to set your week up for success. These oats stay fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge.
